Please contact me for personalized guidance and/or my teaching schedule. I sometimes have an opening in a semi-private group and can add a person or a family. I cater all sessions to the person/people who are taking the lesson, so the range of classes I teach is very diverse.
Each week builds on the previous week, and clients are challenged at appropriate levels. A beginning student can work alongside a seasoned athlete because different levels and modifications are taught. Classes are taught outside, at a clients home and/or at a fitness facility. Some people want many months or years of training, others want a limited lesson with refreshers, corrections and new ideas. It’s up to what the client and/or group needs and goals are.
